Ceramic chips are molded from a single block of material and then printed using a sublimation process. This method ensures a durable embedding of the ink into the material, making the colors vibrant and resistant to wear. No stickers are applied to the chip.
The ceramic provides an iconic resonance and a smooth, soft feel. This type of chip is commonly used in poker tournaments at casinos or gaming clubs.
Given that the number of chips in a set is limited, it's crucial that the distribution of each denomination is carefully considered to allow for maximum flexibility during play.
We have therefore optimized the distribution of each chip denomination so that the 300-chip sets are suitable for Cash Games or tournaments with 2 to 10 players. Our chip distribution ensures that each player receives a stack with enough chips to have significant freedom in their betting.
Yes, our cards are liquid-resistant. They are made from 100% plastic to ensure long-lasting durability. Given that cards are often bent when a player discreetly checks their hand, it's essential that they have some flexibility. The PVC material allows the cards to return to their original shape after being bent, without creases or marks. This is how your cards are protected if liquid is accidentally spilled on them.
Our ceramic chips are carefully manufactured to ensure long-lasting quality for your poker games. During production, they are treated to achieve a soft and smooth finish. This process can leave a thin layer of mineral microparticles on the chip surfaces, which is not visible to the naked eye. Don’t worry—this layer will either wash away quickly if you run the chips under clean water or naturally come off during the initial use. The chips are water-resistant and can be rinsed if needed.

Yes, you can choose delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point when placing your order.
You will be able to select the nearest pickup point after the payment step.
If the delivery address you provided is incorrect, you must email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee they will be made, as we aim to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, please ensure that the address you enter is correct before confirming your purchase.
If we are unable to update the address before shipment, we will need to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can arrange a new delivery, which will be at your expense.
It’s possible that your package was received by your building manager, a neighbor, or that the delivery status was updated prematurely.
If you still cannot locate your package after checking these possibilities, please email us at contact@metagamepoker.fr with your order number. We will promptly open an inquiry with our carrier to resolve the issue and find a solution.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, and you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
