Your orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number to keep you informed of each step in the delivery process.

At Metagame, you have 30 days to return your products for a refund (excluding shipping fees), request an exchange, or receive store credit.

Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product and will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.

How to return an item?

To return a product, please email us at contact@metagamepoker.fr. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please place the returned products in a single package, preferably the original one, and send it to the address provided via email. We recommend declaring the returned parcel as "merchandise return" to avoid customs fees.
