The ceramic tokens are molded from a single block of material, then printed using a sublimation process. This process allows a lasting embedding of the ink in the material. This means the colors are vibrant and resistant to friction. No sticker is stuck on the token.
The ceramic gives the token its iconic resonance, and a soft, smooth feel. This type of token is the one that is mainly found for poker tournaments in casinos or gaming clubs.
Given that the number of tokens in a case is limited, it is essential that the distribution of each value is studied to allow playing with maximum freedom.
We have therefore worked on an optimized distribution of each value, so that the cases of 300 chips are suitable for Cash Game games or tournaments, from 2 to 10 players. Our distribution of chips will allow each player to receive a stack with enough chips to have great freedom in their bets.
Yes, our cards are liquid resistant. They are 100% plastic to last over time. Since cards are often twisted when a player looks at their hand, it is essential that they have some flexibility. Their PVC body allows them to return to their initial shape after being twisted, without bends or marks. It is thanks to this material that your cards are protected if liquid is accidentally spilled on them.
Our ceramic chips are carefully manufactured to accompany your poker games for a long time. During our manufacturing process, the tokens are treated to have a soft and smooth finish. This step can leave a thin layer of mineral microparticles on the surface of the tokens, invisible to the naked eye. Don't worry, this layer is removed instantly by running the chips under clean water, or it will come off naturally during the first handling of the chips during your games. The tokens are therefore not afraid of water, and can be rinsed if necessary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number . If you have not received it, we invite you to check your junk mail.
The tracking link may take 24 hours to become active.
Yes, you can choose delivery to a Mondial Relay relay point when placing your order.
You will be able to select the nearest relay point after the payment step.
If the shipping address you provided is incorrect, you must email us within 24 hours of ordering.
We cannot guarantee 100% that changes will be made as we try to process each order as quickly as possible to ensure rapid delivery. So make sure you enter the correct address before confirming your purchase.
If the change of address cannot be completed before shipping, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can schedule a new delivery which will be at your expense.
Your package may have been received by your caretaker or a neighbor, or even the delivery status may have been updated too early.
If you still have no trace of your package after verification, you can send us an email to contact@metagamepoker.fr , with your order number, so that we can open a request with our carrier as quickly as possible and find a solution to your problem.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 30 days, the delivery date being taken as proof. In order to make a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

On our website, payment is made by credit card, via a secure payment platform. We accept payments by Apple Pay, CB, Visa and Mastercard.
If you have changed your mind or made an error on your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email (contact@metagamepoker.fr).
If your order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
If upon receipt of your order an item has a defect or if we made a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible to make a complaint: contat@metagamepoker.fr
If possible, please attach a photo of the defective product/wrong item received, so we can see the problem.
