Your orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will be notified by email of the dispatch of your order. This email will contain a tracking number to keep you informed of each step during delivery.

At Metagame, you have 30 days to return your products to us and issue a refund (excluding delivery costs), request an exchange or a credit.

Reimbursement is made within 15 days of receipt of the product. It will automatically be applied to the account associated with the bank card used during the purchase.

How to make a return?

To return a product, you must send us an email to contact@metagamepoker.fr . We will explain the procedure to you.

We cover shipping costs, and charge a return fee of €4 for cards and mats and €10 for other items, deducted from your refund if applicable.

→ From Andorra, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Monaco, United Kingdom, Switzerland:

Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Place the returned products in a single package, ideally the original one, and send it to the address provided by email. We invite you to declare your returned package as “return of goods” in order to avoid customs fees.
